POWERPACK AJ11 / AJ21 / AJ41
Overview
The Powerpack is a type of electro-hydraulic actuator that converts a DC electrical signal (DC 4–20 mA) into the motion of a hydraulic work piston. It is a proportional positioning type, in which the work piston position is proportional to the electrical signal.
The Powerpack integrates the current-hydraulic converter, hydraulic pump and work cylinder into one unit, so no external piping is required.
Features
- Can be used as the actuator for various electronic controllers.
- Because it receives an electrical signal and operates hydraulically, it provides high operating speed and large operating force.
- The moving-coil system with a hydraulic jet pipe and a stable permanent magnet ensures easy maintenance and high reliability.
- The casing also serves as the oil tank and all components are housed inside, so no external piping is required.
Configuration Diagram
The Powerpack consists of an electro-hydraulic converter, hydraulic unit, crank unit and work cylinder. All components are installed in a cast-iron oil tank.
