The R type controller detects the process variable and sends a hydraulic signal to the actuator according to the deviation from the set value, so that the process variable reaches the set value. It is a stationary controller that keeps a single process variable at a constant level. It consists of a control unit, a detection unit and a setting unit, and auxiliary pistons and valves can be added as required.
Features
The basic principle is integral action, but proportional action is also possible with appropriate feedback. Two types are available: the cabana type, in which the R type controller is mounted on a stand and supplied with hydraulic pressure from a separate hydraulic unit, and the unit type, in which the controller is mounted directly on the hydraulic unit.
