Crank Cylinder (CY Series)

Crank Cylinder (CY Series)

Crank Cylinder (CY Series)

Overview

The work cylinder converts the hydraulic signal from a hydraulic controller into force to drive the final control element (control valve, etc.), and is therefore built with a particularly robust structure. The model is selected according to the type of final control element and the required operating torque, and is broadly divided into two types: crank type and direct-acting type.

Features

  •  The crank-type work cylinder operates by 90° rotation of the crank, making it suitable for use in combination with rotary final control elements such as butterfly valves.

In addition, the areas on both sides of the piston can be made equal (with a single-rod direct-acting type, the areas differ due to the piston rod), so the operating speeds in both directions are equal.
